BoroughVintage.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checkout through Paypal. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We pride ourselves in handling your orders in a timely fashion, with most items shipping within 72 hours of ordering; however some items may take longer to process. We normally ship on Tuesday and Friday of each week (excluding holidays).

SHIPPING TIMES:

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using priority mail.

Regular service: 5-7 business days

Express service: within 3-4 business days

$400.00 and up; $16.95 fee

EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES:

We offer Express Shipping for an additional $14.00. (delivery within 2-3 days). Your order must be placed before 10am CST.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Canada / Mexico add $20.00 to Standard Shipping.
Other Countries add $30.00 to Standard Shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order online via the USPS.com website. We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION Signature confirmation may be required for some orders. Which means you will have to sign for your delivery. If you are not available to sign - you can pick up your package at your local post office. Packages that are unclaimed - will be sent back to us and an extra shipping charge will be incurred to resend the package to you.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

BoroughVintage.com wants you to be satisfied. You are entitled to return goods within 7days. Goods must be returned in unworn condition with tags attached. Return requests must be initiated within "48 hours" from receipt of goods. Any returns received after 7 business days, from "return confirmation", will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse any damaged return.  We do not offer returns for International orders.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Email returns@boroughvintage.com "within 48 hours of merchandise receipt" - with your return request. We will send a "return confirmation" email authorizing your request.
